Billing Policies and Working Schedule at A Drop of Simplicity
Billing Policies
Thank you for choosing A Drop of Simplicity. In commitment to transparent and ethical business practices, the following billing policies are implemented:
- Transparent Pricing: All service pricing details are communicated upfront. There are no hidden fees. The agreed-upon price at the start of service is final.
- Invoicing and Payment Terms:
- Monthly Billing: Billing is conducted on the first of every month.
- Pre-Payment for Hours: Payment for hours worked is required before starting work.
- Project Payments:
- Standard projects: 50% payment upfront, remaining upon completion.
- Long-term projects: 25% upfront, additional payment at halfway point, with the final balance due upon completion.
- Retainer Hours: Retainer hours expire 6 months after purchase.
- Each invoice clearly itemizes provided services, dates, and total amounts due. Payments are typically due within seven days of the invoice date.
- Late Payment: A nominal late fee may apply, as outlined in our service agreement.
- Refund Policy: If you’re not satisfied with the service, contact me to discuss a potential refund or service adjustment. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to our service agreement.
- Changes to Billing Policies: Drop of Simplicity reserves the right to update these policies, with any changes communicated in advance.
Work Schedule and Communication Policies
- Work Schedule:
- Monday to Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Friday and Sunday: Office hours for one hour
- Communication and Task Management:
- Email Responses: Committed to responding within 24 hours during business hours, except in emergencies.
- Phone Calls and Meetings: Scheduled on Mondays and Thursdays, emergency exceptions allowed.
- Task Notice: Please provide a 48-hour notice for tasks. Expedited charges apply for shorter notices.
